Submission Guidelines
- Advertisers must submit high-resolution teasers in JPG format.
- Advertisers must own the copyrights for submitted content, ensuring it is free from copyright issues.
- Flash ads with audio are not permitted.
- All final advertising materials must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the scheduled launch date.
Additional Services
For advertisers requiring design assistance, we provide professional ad design services for an additional fee of €150, based on availability and customer preferences.

Main Banner Advertising Tariff
All advertising opportunities on the GLOBALMEETX Publishing digital platform are subject to the following terms. Clients may book advertising space either directly or through authorized representatives, and these conditions apply to both.
Payment Terms
- We accept both online and wire transfers for securing advertising space and services.
- Full advance payment is required before launching the advertisement on the journal's web platform.
- Advertisers must review and agree to all terms and conditions before finalizing the booking.
Warranty & Indemnity
- Advertisers grant GLOBALMEETX Publishing the right to display ads in any format without additional royalty fees.
- Ads will be published only after both parties sign the agreement.
- The publisher retains full rights to the advertisement.
- Advertisers must comply with all applicable marketing laws and regulations and assume responsibility for any legal issues related to content or materials displayed.
- Customers must provide complete contact details, including full name, address, email, and phone number.
- All personal information remains strictly confidential and is used only for invoicing purposes.
Confidentiality Agreement
- Both parties must uphold the confidentiality of the agreement, including:
- The contractual terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
- Advertising schedules, pricing, and ad volumes.
- All necessary precautions must be taken to prevent unauthorized use, disclosure, or distribution of confidential information.
